کلمہ طیبہ لا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا الله مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ الله
اسلام ایک ایسا دین ہے جو مکمل ضابطۂ حیات ہے، اور اس کی بنیاد پانچ ارکان پر قائم ہے۔ ان میں سب سے پہلا اور سب سے اہم رکن کلمہ طیبہ ہے۔ یہی وہ اقرار ہے جو بندے کو دائرۂ اسلام میں داخل کرتا ہے اور باقی عبادات کو معنی بخشتا ہے۔ کلمہ طیبہ نہ صرف ایمان کی جڑ ہے بلکہ یہ ایک مسلمان کی پوری زندگی کی سمت طے کرتا ہے۔ اس مضمون میں ہم کلمہ طیبہ کے معنی، اس کی اہمیت، قرآنی و حدیثی دلائل، فقہی تقاضے اور برکات پر روشنی ڈالیں گے۔
اسلام کے پانچ ارکان
- کلمہ طیبہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔ لا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللّٰهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ الله

- زکوٰۃ
- حج (اگر استطاعت ہو)
ان میں سب سے پہلا اور سب سے اہم رکن کلمہ طیبہ ہے۔ یہ وہ بنیادی اقرار ہے جس کے بعد انسان دائرۂ اسلام میں داخل ہوتا ہے۔ کلمہ کے بغیر باقی ارکان کی کوئی حیثیت نہیں۔
کلمہ طیبہ کا لفظی معنی
- لا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا الله ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں۔
- مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ الله ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ محمد ﷺ اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔
یہ کلمہ زندگی کے ہر شعبے میں بندے کی سمت طے کرتا ہے اور اس کی عبادات کی بنیاد بنتا ہے۔
اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے:
"فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا الله" (محمد: 19)
ترجمہ: "پس جان لو کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔"
نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ" (صحیح بخاری)
ترجمہ: "جس نے لا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا الله کہا وہ جنت میں داخل ہوگا۔"
کیا کلمہ طیبہ صرف زبانی کافی ہے
علماء نے وضاحت کی ہے کہ کلمہ صرف زبان سے کہنا کافی نہیں بلکہ:
- دل کا یقین
- زبان سے اقرار
- عمل سے تصدیق
کلمہ طیبہ کی سات شرائط
- یقین : اس بات پر دل سے یقین رکھنا کہ اللہ وحدہ لا شریک ہے اور محمدﷺ اس کے رسول ہیں.
- اخلاص : کلمہ کو صرف اللہ کی رضا کے لیے کہنا، دکھاوے یا ریاکاری کے لیے نہیں.
- قبولیت : کلمہ کے تقاضوں کو تسلیم کرنا اور ان پر عمل کرنا، یعنی اللہ کی وحدانیت اور محمدﷺ کی رسالت کو ماننا.
- اطاعت : اللہ اور اس کے رسول محمدﷺ کی اطاعت کرنا اور فرائض کی ادائیگی.
- محبت : اللہ اور اس کے رسول محمدﷺ سے سچی محبت رکھنا اور ان کی بتائی ہوئی باتوں کو دل سے ماننا.
- انکار سے بچنا : کلمہ کے معنی کا انکار نہ کرنا، چاہے وہ عمداً ہو یا غلط فہمی کی وجہ سے.
فقہاء اور بزرگوں کے اقوال
- امام ابو حنیفہؒ: "ایمان زبان سے اقرار اور دل سے تصدیق کا نام ہے۔"
- امام شافعیؒ: "ایمان قول اور عمل ہے، نیکی سے بڑھتا ہے اور گناہوں سے گھٹتا ہے۔"
- حضرت علیؓ: "کلمہ نجات کی کنجی ہے لیکن کنجی اُس وقت کام آتی ہے جب اس کے دندانے ہوں۔"
کلمہ طیبہ کی برکات
- دل کا سکون: "یقیناً اللہ کے ذکر سے دل اطمینان پاتے ہیں۔" (الرعد: 28)
- جنت کی بشارت: "جس کا آخری کلمہ لا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا الله ہو، وہ جنت میں داخل ہوگا۔" (ابوداؤد)
- گناہوں کی معافی: یہ کلمہ سب سے بڑی بخشش کا ذریعہ ہے۔

یا اللہ! ہمارے ایمان کو مضبوط فرما، ہمیں شرک و نفاق سے بچا، ہمارے گناہ معاف فرما اور ہمیں خاتمہ بالخیر عطا فرما۔
اے اللہ! ہماری زبان سے نکلنے والا آخری کلمہ لا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا الله بنا اور ہمیں جنت الفردوس میں اپنے محبوب ﷺ کی رفاقت نصیب فرما۔

- Obedience: Following Allah and His Messenger ﷺ in thought, word, and deed.
- Love: Having deep love for Allah and His Messenger ﷺ and embracing their teachings sincerely.
- Avoid Denial: Never denying or undermining the meaning of the Kalima, intentionally or by mistake.
- Practice: Acting in accordance with the Kalima in daily life.
The purpose of these conditions is to ensure that one not only understands the Kalima but embodies it fully, becoming a true believer.
