کن لوگوں کو دیا جائے؟ مستحقین کون ہیں؟
🌙 الفطرانہ (صدقۃ الفطر) چھٹا حصہ
پچھلے حصوں میں ہم یہ جان چکے ہیں کہ: الفطرانہ کیا ہے، یہ کب فرض ہوتی ہے، کن لوگوں پر فرض ہے، اس کی مقدار کیا ہے، اور کب ادا کرنا افضل ہے۔ اب اس حصے میں ہم ایک نہایت اہم سوال پر بات کریں گے، جس پر الفطرانہ کی ادائیگی کا دار و مدار ہے:
الفطرانہ کن لوگوں کو دیا جائے؟ کیا ہر غریب اس کا مستحق ہے؟ کیا رشتہ داروں کو دیا جا سکتا ہے؟
آئیے ان تمام مسائل کو واضح انداز میں سمجھتے ہیں۔
الفطرانہ کے مستحق کون ہیں؟ اسلامی تعلیمات کے مطابق:
وہی لوگ الفطرانہ کے مستحق ہیں جو زکوٰۃ کے مستحق ہوں۔
یعنی وہ افراد جو: اپنی بنیادی ضروریات پوری نہ کر سکتے ہوں، صاحبِ نصاب نہ ہوں، مالی طور پر کمزور ہوں
یہی اصل مستحقین ہیں۔
مستحقین کی اقسام
1️⃣ فقیر وہ شخص:
جس کے پاس کچھ نہ ہو یا اتنا کم ہو کہ بنیادی ضروریات بھی پوری نہ ہوں
📌 ایسا فقیر الفطرانہ کا پہلا مستحق ہے۔
2️⃣ مسکین وہ شخص:
جس کے پاس کچھ ہو لیکن ناکافی ہو اور وہ دوسروں کے محتاج ہوں
📌 مسکین بھی الفطرانہ کا مستحق ہے۔
کن لوگوں کو الفطرانہ نہیں دیا جا سکتا؟ یہ بات بہت ضروری ہے:
❌ مالدار شخص
❌ صاحبِ نصاب فرد
❌ وہ شخص جس کے پاس عید کے دن کی ضروریات سے زائد مال ہو
یہ لوگ الفطرانہ کے مستحق نہیں۔
رشتہ داروں کو الفطرانہ دینا یہ ایک اہم اور خوش آئند مسئلہ ہے۔
کن رشتہ داروں کو دیا جا سکتا ہے؟
✔️ بھائی
✔️ بہن
✔️ چچا، پھوپھی
✔️ ماموں، خالہ
✔️ بھتیجے، بھانجے
اگر وہ مستحق ہوں تو: رشتہ دار کو دینا افضل ہے
کیونکہ اس میں:
صدقہ بھی ہے اور صلہ رحمی بھی
کن رشتہ داروں کو نہیں دیا جا سکتا؟
❌ والدین
❌ دادا، دادی
❌ نانا، نانی
❌ اولاد اور پوتے پوتیاں
کیونکہ:
ان کا خرچ پہلے ہی انسان پر لازم ہوتا ہے
بیوی کو الفطرانہ دینا شوہر اپنی بیوی کو الفطرانہ نہیں دے سکتا۔
لیکن: بیوی اپنے شوہر کو دے سکتی ہے
اگر شوہر مستحق ہو۔
کیا ایک ہی شخص کو پورا الفطرانہ دیا جا سکتا ہے؟ جی ہاں۔
✔️ ایک مستحق کو:
ایک شخص کا یا کئی افراد کا
پورا الفطرانہ دیا جا سکتا ہے۔
کیا ایک شخص کا الفطرانہ کئی لوگوں میں تقسیم کیا جا سکتا ہے؟ یہ مسئلہ قابلِ توجہ ہے۔
علماء فرماتے ہیں:
بہتر یہ ہے کہ ایک شخص کا پورا الفطرانہ ایک ہی مستحق کو دیا جائے لیکن اگر ضرورت ہو تو:
✔️ تقسیم کرنا بھی جائز ہے
اداروں اور تنظیموں کو دینا اگر:
کوئی معتبر دینی ادارہ، یا قابلِ اعتماد فلاحی تنظیم
الفطرانہ کو:
عید سے پہلے، اصل مستحقین تک پہنچا دے
✔️ تو ادارے کو دینا جائز ہے۔
عام غلطیاں
❌ مالداروں کو دے دینا
❌ صرف سہولت دیکھ کر دینا
❌ مستحق کی تحقیق نہ کرنا
❌ رشتہ دار ہونے کی وجہ سے ناجائز جگہ دینا
اسلام ہمیں احتیاط اور ذمہ داری سکھاتا ہے۔

Who Can Receive It? Eligible Beneficiaries Explained
🌙 part 6: Fitrana (Sadaqat al-Fitr)
In the previous parts, we learned:
What
When it becomes obligatory
Who must pay it
How much must be given
And when it should be paid
In this part, we will answer a very important question that directly affects whether Fitrana is valid or not:
Who is eligible to receive Fitrana? Can it be given to any poor person? Is it allowed to give Fitrana to relatives?
Let us understand these rulings clearly.
Who Is Eligible to Receive Fitrana? According to Islamic teachings:
Fitrana may only be given to those who are eligible to receive
This includes people who:
Cannot fulfill their basic needs
Do not possess the minimum amount of wealth (
Are financially struggling
These are the rightful recipients of Fitrana.
Categories of Eligible Recipients 1️⃣ The Poor (Faqīr) A poor person is someone who:
Owns nothing, or
Owns very little and cannot meet basic needs
Such a person is among the primary recipients of Fitrana.
2️⃣ The Needy (Miskīn)
A needy person is someone who:
Owns something,
But it is insufficient,
And they still depend on others

Who Cannot Receive Fitrana? It is important to be careful in this matter.
❌ A wealthy person
Such individuals are not eligible to receive Fitrana.
Giving Fitrana to Relatives This is an important and rewarding issue.
Which relatives may receive Fitrana? ✔
✔ Uncles and aunts
✔ Nephews and nieces
If they are eligible: better and more rewarding ,
Charity
And maintaining family ties
Which relatives may NOT receive Fitrana? ❌
Because:
Supporting them financially is already obligatory upon a person
Giving Fitrana to One’s Spouse A husband cannot give Fitrana to his wife.
However:
✔
Can All the Fitrana Be Given to One Person? Yes.
✔ One eligible person may receive:
The Fitrana of one person
Or even the Fitrana of multiple people
There is no restriction in this regard.
Can One Person’s Fitrana Be Distributed Among Many People? Scholars explain:
It is preferable to give one person’s Fitrana to a single recipient
However, if needed:
✔ Dividing it among multiple recipients is allowed
Giving Fitrana Through Organizations If a person gives Fitrana to:
And the organization ensures:
Distribution to eligible recipients
Before the Eid prayer
✔ Then giving through such organizations is permissible.
Common Mistakes to Avoid ❌ Giving Fitrana to wealthy individuals
Islam teaches responsibility and care in charity.
